As part of a new content and distribution agreement between Realty Times and Microsoft's HomeAdvisor, Realty Times announces that its' Market Conditions Report™ is now live and being featured prominently throughout the HomeAdvisor portal.

"Over the last several years, we've had a great relationship with HomeAdvisor and we are very excited to see them embrace the Market Conditions Report," says Jody Lane, CEO of Realty Times.

"This is designed to bring more traffic to the agents' Web sites," continues Lane. "Many agents have spent a lot of money on Web sites, but have not found a satisfactory way to get their Web sites in front of consumers. We feel we have found the answer to that problem."

HomeAdvisor product manager Matt Heinz, says, "The Market Conditions Report is an incredible tool for both Realtors and consumers. Market conditions are different in all parts of the country. In a volatile economy and housing market, when consumers are looking for homes, the Market Conditions Report shows how homes are selling, whether home prices have stopped growing, are there markets to avoid -- a lot of information that can only be provided by Realtors. It is dependent on specific local information, and the conditions change, so it is a great way for Realtors to promote themselves, and it is good for consumers to get up-to-date information."

According to Media Metrix' December report, HomeAdvisor had over 3 million unique visitors, giving Market Conditions Report members large-scale exposure to consumers. Additionally, Market Conditions members pay no referral fees, nor does the Market Conditions Report redirect consumers anywhere but to the Realtors and their contact information.

The Market Conditions Report is a series of local market reports provided by Realty Times' subscribing members. It is featured on the HomeAdvisor consumer activities menu under Homes For Sale, Find a Neighborhood, Sell Your House, Manage Your Move and elsewhere throughout the portal.

Consumers can easily access the reports and e-mail or call Realtors directly for more information. All reports link directly to agents' Web sites.

The Market Conditions Report is also found on Realty Times' front page and its content partners' sites.

"We want to show our members as the experts in their local markets, so we're working on additional ways to bring exposure to them," explains Lane. "We're working with several MLSs to put the Market Conditions Report on their public sites, and we are working with news sites and other portals to get our members the maximum exposure possible. We are also making our members' comments available to reporters, and we have already seen many of our members' quoted in news articles."
